- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all locations within India.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we may expand our shipping locations.

- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days after payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4-10 days after the order has been processed.
- Expedited Delivery: If available, expedited delivery options will be provided at checkout with corresponding delivery times and additional costs.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as your location, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Delivery Issues
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. The Twin Hypothesis is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, if the parcel returns back to us due to wrong address or pincode, refund will only be processed after deducting shipping cost (to and fro).
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pickup. Please follow these instructions to avoid any delays. In case of consecutive missed deliveries or denial, the product will be returned back and refund will only be processed after deducting to and fro shipping cost.
7. Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear items. We appreciate your understanding.
