For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear items. We appreciate your understanding.

No Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellation if you change your mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before finalizing the purchase. No refunds will be possible later. Orders placed in sale/discount are not cancelable

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must send us an uncut unboxing video to shopthetwinhypothesis@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. This video will help us assess the issue and determine if the product is eligible for an exchange. PLEASE NOTE UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY AND WITHOUT THAT WE WON'T BE ABLE TO HELP. ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE OR DISCOUNT WON'T BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE, for any reason.
